The ideal candidate will have previous experience managing a high-end restaurant, excellent communication and leadership skills, and a passion for providing exceptional customer service. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant's daily operations, including managing staff, monitoring inventory levels, and ensuring top-quality food and drinks are served to guests.

Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the restaurant's daily operations
- Create schedules for staff and ensure adequate coverage for all shifts
- Train and supervise staff to provide exceptional customer service
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Oversee the preparation and presentation of food and drinks
- Handle customer complaints in a professional manner
- Implement strategies to increase sales and revenue
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness throughout the restaurant

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Restaurant Manager in a high-end establishment
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations
- Ability to manage budgets, control costs, and increase profitability
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the food industry
- A passion for providing exceptional customer service
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Fluent in English (knowledge of other languages is an advantage)
