Barista

As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee and other beverages to our customers. Your role will also include maintaining a clean and organized work environment, handling cash transactions, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, espresso, and smoothies
- Ensure consistency in drink quality by following company recipes and standards
- Operate commercial-grade espresso machines and other equipment
- Maintain a clean work area at all times, including the coffee bar, dining area, and restrooms
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service at all times
- Learn about different types of coffee beans and brewing techniques to educate customers on our products
- Restock supplies as needed throughout your shift
- Follow all health and safety guidelines to ensure the well-being of employees and customers

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a barista or in a similar role is preferred
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Knowledge of various brewing techniques
- Cash handling experience
- Strong communication skills
- Must have legal authorization to work in Vianden

Working Conditions:
This is a part-time position with flexible hours. The ideal candidate must be able to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. This job may require standing for long periods of time. Applicants must be able to lift up to 30 pounds.

Salary:
We offer competitive salary starting at 1800$ per month.
