Experienced Barista

We are seeking an experienced Barista to join our team in Vianden. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and smoothies. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working as a barista in a fast-paced environment and be able to provide exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages according to company standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar area
- Take customer orders and handle cash transactions accurately
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction
- Handle food preparation tasks such as making sandwiches or pastries
- Restock supplies and maintain inventory levels
- Follow health and safety guidelines at all times

Requirements:
- Previous experience working as a barista preferred
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle high-volume situations
- Knowledge of various brewing techniques and latte art is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if needed
- Must have basic math skills for cash handling purposes
- Ability to work well in a team setting

Salary: 1700$ per month

Location: Vianden, Luxembourg (preference for Indian nationals)
