Land Surveyor

As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for accurately measuring and mapping land areas, as well as providing data and analysis for construction and development projects. You will work closely with architects, engineers, and other professionals to ensure that all measurements are precise and meet project requirements. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to use advanced surveying equipment such as GPS systems and 3D scanners.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct surveys on land properties using advanced surveying equipment
- Record precise measurements of land areas, boundaries, structures, and other features
- Analyze collected data to create detailed maps and reports
- Work closely with architects, engineers, and other professionals to ensure accuracy of measurements
- Identify potential issues or discrepancies in land measurements and address them promptly
- Keep accurate records of all surveying activities and results
- Stay updated on industry developments, advancements in technology, and changes in regulations related to land surveying
- Adhere to safety protocols at all times while conducting surveys

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Land Surveyor or similar role
- Excellent knowledge of surveying techniques and equipment
- Proficient in using GPS systems and 3D scanners for accurate measurements
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to read blueprints, plans, and other technical documents
- Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations related to land surveying
- Excellent communication skills for collaborating with team members and clients from diverse backgrounds
- Physical stamina to work outdoors in various weather conditions
Salary: 1500$ per month
Location: Vianden (preference for Indian candidates)
