A renowned bakery in Vianden, Luxembourg is seeking an experienced Baker to join our team. We are looking for someone with a passion for baking and a creative approach to creating delicious and visually appealing baked goods.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake a variety of breads, pastries, and other baked goods according to recipes
- Create new recipes and develop new products based on customer demand and market trends
- Ensure all baked goods are of high quality, visually appealing, and meet food safety standards
- Monitor inventory levels of baking ingredients and supplies and place orders as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times
- Train and supervise junior bakers as needed

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a professional baker in a high volume bakery or pastry shop
- Strong knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and equipment
- Ability to create new recipes and adapt existing ones to meet customer demands or dietary restrictions
- Understanding of food safety regulations and proper sanitation practices in the kitchen
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Biometric passport or the ability to obtain one is preferred

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1700$ per month plus benefits including health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for growth within the company.
