Loader Supervisor



We are hiring a Loader Supervisor to oversee the efficient and safe loading of goods onto trucks or containers. As a Loader Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing a team of loaders and ensuring that all loading processes are carried out in accordance with company standards and safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the work of loaders to ensure timely and accurate loading of goods
- Assign tasks to loaders and ensure that they are working efficiently
- Train new loaders on proper loading techniques and safety procedures
- Inspect goods to be loaded for any damages or defects
- Check loading equipment for proper functioning and report any issues to the maintenance team
- Monitor loading operations to ensure compliance with weight limits, balancing requirements, and securement guidelines
- Communicate with truck drivers or logistics coordinators to coordinate loading schedules
- Maintain accurate records of goods loaded, unloaded, and any damages incurred during the loading process
- Ensure that all safety protocols are followed by loaders at all times

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in warehouse management is a plus
- Demonstrated experience as a loader or in a supervisory role in a warehouse setting
- Ability to operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other loading equipment safely and efficiently
- Excellent knowledge of weight limits, balancing techniques, and securement guidelines for different types of goods
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively lead a team
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while ensuring adherence to safety protocols at all times

This is a contract position with potential for permanent employment based on performance. Candidates without prior experience are welcome as training will be provided. Biometric passports are required for this position.

Location: Vianden, Luxembourg. This job is open to candidates from Pakistan or Kenya who are fluent in English.
