Restaurant Manager
As a Restaurant Manager at our bustling Indian restaurant in Clairvaux, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant's operations. This includes managing a team of servers, chefs, and other staff members, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and maintaining financial performance. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in the food and beverage industry, strong leadership skills, and the ability to work well under pressure. A degree in hospitality or business management is preferred but not required. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1400 per month.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the restaurant
- Hire, train, and schedule staff members
- Create and implement strategies to increase revenue
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing any issues promptly
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the restaurant
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations
- Prepare financial reports and manage the budget effectively
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a managerial role in the food and beverage industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures
- Degree or diploma in hospitality or business management (preferred)
- Fluent English speaking skills (required)
