Location: Manama, Bahrain


We are in search of a skilled Pastry Chef to join our team in Manama, Bahrain. As a Pastry Chef, you will be responsible for creating and preparing delicious desserts, pastries, and breads for our customers. You will work closely with the kitchen team to ensure that all pastries are made to the highest standards and that they are visually appealing.

Responsibilities:
- Design and prepare a variety of desserts, pastries, and breads according to recipes or special requests
- Ensure that all ingredients used are fresh and of high quality
- Decorate pastries using different techniques to enhance their appearance
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders for ingredients as needed
- Train and supervise junior pastry chefs and other kitchen staff
- Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times
- Collaborate with the kitchen team on new menu items or special events

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role in a fast-paced environment
- In-depth knowledge of different pastry techniques, ingredients, equipment, and presentation styles
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high standards of quality
- Strong attention to detail and creativity in designing pastries
- Excellent time management skills to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Good communication skills to effectively work with other team members
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects when necessary

Education:
A degree or diploma in Culinary Arts or equivalent is preferred but not required. Relevant training courses or certifications will also be considered.

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1000$ per month.
