Job Title: Administrator in Manama
As an Administrator in Manama, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the organization and ensuring efficient day-to-day operations. Your role will involve managing schedules, coordinating meetings and events, maintaining records and databases, and handling correspondence. You will also be expected to provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments and arrange meetings
- Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations
- Maintain records and databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
- Process invoices, expenses, and other financial documents
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as needed
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and visitors
- Handle phone calls, emails, and other forms of communication
- Monitor office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Support other team members with administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an administrator or similar role
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
