Junior Construction Manager


We are hiring a Junior Construction Manager to join our team in Dar Kulaib. As a Junior Construction Manager, you will assist in overseeing and managing construction projects from start to finish.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing project plans and timelines
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to budget and schedules
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and other project team members
- Review and approve project designs and plans
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and other legal requirements
- Manage construction materials and equipment inventory
- Conduct regular site visits to inspect work progress and quality
- Communicate updates and issues to senior management
- Assist in resolving any conflicts or issues that may arise during the construction process

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Prior experience in the construction industry preferred but not required
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and equipment
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints
- Familiarity with building codes and safety regulations
- Proficient in MS Office
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Salary: 1200$ per month

Location: Dar Kulaib
