Contract Construction Manager - Isa Town, Bahrain

The Contract Construction Manager will oversee all aspects of the construction process for various projects in Isa Town, Bahrain. This individual will be responsible for managing budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure successful completion of projects. The ideal candidate should have previous experience in construction management and be able to handle multiple projects simultaneously. This is a contract position with visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all construction projects in Isa Town, Bahrain
- Develop project budgets and timelines and ensure they are met
- Source and manage contractors, subcontractors, and other resources needed for each project
- Monitor progress of construction projects and make adjustments as needed
- Ensure all projects comply with building codes, safety regulations, and other legal requirements
- Communicate with clients to provide project updates and address any concerns or issues that may arise
- Prepare regular reports on the progress of each project to stakeholders
- Manage project budgets to ensure profitability

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in construction management
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations in Isa Town
- Good understanding of budgeting and financial management
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1500$ per month.
