Construction Manager

As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing construction projects in Isa Town, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. Your duties will include coordinating and supervising construction workers, subcontractors, and suppliers, as well as monitoring and controlling project progress. You will also be responsible for managing project budgets, schedules, and resources, as well as ensuring compliance with safety regulations and building codes.

To excel in this role, you should have a bachelor's degree in construction management or a related field and at least 5 years of experience in construction project management. You must have strong leadership skills to effectively manage and motivate your team. Excellent communication and negotiation skills are also essential for collaborating with stakeholders such as clients, architects, engineers, and local authorities.

As this is a full-time position without accommodation provided, candidates must already have their own valid visa to work in Isa Town. The salary for this role is 1200$ per month.
