Construction Project Manager

As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of construction projects in Isa Town. This includes planning, organizing, and coordinating resources such as labor, materials, and equipment to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. You will work closely with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project plans are executed accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans and schedules in collaboration with architects, engineers, and contractors
- Obtain necessary permits and approvals from relevant authorities
- Monitor project progress to ensure timely completion within budget
- Manage labor, materials, and equipment to optimize resources and minimize costs
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure work is being carried out according to plans and specifications
- Communicate effectively with all stakeholders including clients, subcontractors, and government officials
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations on site at all times

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
- Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, regulations, and best practices
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficient in project management software
