Sales Manager
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Manager to join our team in Clairvaux. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing a team of sales representatives, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue and market share
- Manage and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve their individual targets
- Identify new business opportunities through market research and networking
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to adjust sales strategies accordingly
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, product development, and finance to optimize overall company performance
- Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote the company's products/services
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- At least 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in a managerial role
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
Salary:
$1200 per month plus commission.
This is a contract job with the potential for permanent employment based on performance.
