Position Summary:
We are currently hiring a Land Surveyor for our reputable company in Clairvaux. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting land surveys and measurements, providing accurate data and reports, and ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct land surveys using specialized equipment such as total stations, GPS, and laser scanners
- Collect data on terrain characteristics, property boundaries, and other relevant information
- Prepare detailed reports and maps based on survey findings
- Ensure compliance with all legal requirements, including zoning laws and property rights
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other professionals to provide accurate data for construction projects
- Utilize computer software to analyze survey data and produce digital maps
- Maintain accurate records of survey data and equipment maintenance
- Adhere to safety protocols at all times while conducting surveys

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Land Surveying or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Land Surveyor
- Strong knowledge of surveying principles, methods, and techniques
- Proficiency in using topographic maps, GPS equipment, and surveying software
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid driver's license

We offer a competitive salary of $1400 per month along with benefits such as medical insurance. This job is open to Indian nationals who have good English communication skills. Candidates must have their own valid visa to work in Clairvaux.
