Handyman - Maintenance Technician

As a Maintenance Technician or Handyman, you will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks in residential and commercial buildings in the city of Clairvaux. Your main duties will include troubleshooting and repairing plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems, as well as completing general repairs such as painting, carpentry, and minor appliance fixes. You will also be responsible for maintaining the building's cleanliness and safety by performing regular inspections and addressing any issues that may arise.

To excel in this role, you should have previous experience in maintenance or handyman work, preferably in a residential or commercial setting. You should also have strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems, as well as general repair techniques.
