Construction Manager

We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to lead our projects in the city of Remish. As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of construction projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and ensuring quality standards are met. You will also be responsible for hiring and supervising construction workers and collaborating with architects, engineers, and other professionals.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects
- Develop and maintain project budgets
- Create project schedules and ensure timely completion
- Ensure quality standards are met through regular site inspections
- Hire and supervise construction workers
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other professionals to ensure project success
- Communicate effectively with clients to provide project updates and address any concerns
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations at all times

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Construction Manager or similar role
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field preferred
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in project management software
- Nepali nationality preferred
