Merchandising Coordinator


As a Merchandising Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing the merchandising process for our company. This includes managing inventory levels, analyzing sales data, and developing strategies to increase product visibility and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and make informed decisions on product assortment
- Work closely with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products and negotiate pricing
- Manage inventory levels to ensure adequate stock at all times
- Develop merchandising strategies to increase product visibility and drive sales
- Collaborate with marketing team to create promotional campaigns for new products or seasonal collections
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activity
- Communicate with retail stores to gather feedback on product performance and implement necessary changes
- Train and supervise merchandising assistants in the execution of tasks such as product display and stock replenishment

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role, preferably in the retail industry
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and make strategic decisions
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Knowledge of visual merchandising techniques is a plus

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1800$ per month.

Location:
This position is located in the city of Remish. Relocation assistance is not provided.

Nationality/Citizenship:
Preference will be given to candidates who are Indian nationals or have a valid work permit in India.

Language Requirements:
Proficiency in English is required for this position. Knowledge of other languages is a plus but not mandatory.

Experience Requirements:
Previous experience in merchandising or retail operations is preferred but not required.
