Sales Manager - Remish, India
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our growing team in Remish, India. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive company growth and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company objectives
- Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with potential clients
- Manage the sales team and provide guidance, training, and motivation to achieve targets
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential threats or opportunities
- Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and reports for management review
- Conduct regular performance evaluations of the sales team and implement necessary measures for improvement
- Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to ensure alignment of sales efforts with overall company objectives
- Attend industry events and conferences to network with potential clients and promote our products/services
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or relevant role in the Indian market
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Strong business acumen with a track record of achieving sales targets
- Knowledge of CRM software (e.g. Salesforce) is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field; MBA is a plus
- Must be fluent in English; knowledge of other Indian languages is an advantage
