Handyman

As a Handyman, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to the maintenance and repair of buildings and facilities. You will work closely with the maintenance team to ensure that all repairs are completed in a timely and efficient manner. Your duties may include plumbing, electrical work, painting, carpentry, and general repairs. You must have strong problem-solving skills and be able to work independently as well as part of a team. This position is suitable for men who have previous experience in maintenance or construction. English-speaking candidates are preferred but not required. This is a part-time position with a salary of 1400$ per month.

As a Handyman, your key responsibilities will include:

- Performing routine maintenance tasks such as painting, repairing plumbing or electrical systems, and fixing appliances
- Inspecting buildings and facilities to identify any issues or potential problems
- Communicating with the maintenance team to prioritize and complete repairs
- Maintaining inventory of tools and equipment needed for repairs
- Ensuring that all work meets safety standards and regulations
- Responding to emergency repair requests in a timely manner
- Providing exceptional customer service to residents or tenants

To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications:

- Previous experience in maintenance or construction is preferred but not required
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems, painting, carpentry, and general repairs
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Good communication skills in English (preferred) or any other language spoken by our residents/tenants
