We are a luxury hotel located in the beautiful city of Wiltz, seeking to hire a talented and experienced Indian Executive Chef to join our team. Our ideal candidate is a passionate and creative individual with a strong background in Indian cuisine, who can bring their expertise and innovative ideas to our kitchen.

Responsibilities:
- Create and design menus for our restaurant, incorporating traditional and contemporary Indian dishes
- Oversee all aspects of food preparation, cooking, and presentation
- Train and supervise kitchen staff to ensure high quality and consistent dishes are served
- Monitor inventory levels and order necessary ingredients to maintain menu offerings
- Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation standards in the kitchen
- Manage food cost control by minimizing waste and optimizing portion sizes
- Collaborate with other departments such as catering or banquets to develop customized menus for special events
- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate new techniques into menu offerings

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an Executive Chef in a high-end restaurant or hotel setting
- Extensive knowledge of Indian cuisine with the ability to create unique dishes that showcase traditional flavors in a modern way
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire kitchen staff
- Strong understanding of food cost control measures and inventory management
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards
- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills

Salary: $1200/month (negotiable based on experience)
