Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at our luxury hotel in Wiltz. The ideal candidate will have a passion for culinary excellence, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record of creating innovative and delicious dishes. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of 1700$ per month, and accommodation will be provided.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute menus for all dining outlets in the hotel, including breakfast, lunch, dinner, and special events.
- Oversee the daily operations of the kitchen, ensuring high quality and consistent food preparation.
- Train and mentor kitchen staff to maintain high standards of food preparation and presentation.
- Monitor food costs and ensure budget targets are met.
- Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with other departments to create unique dining experiences for guests.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and continuously seek ways to improve menu offerings.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a luxury hotel or restaurant setting.
- Culinary degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of French is an asset).
- Passion for creativity in menu development with an understanding of current food trends.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
