Head Chef



We are searching for a talented and experienced Head Chef to join our team in Wiltz. As the Head Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our kitchen operations, from menu planning and food preparation to managing a team of chefs and kitchen staff. Your creativity, passion for food, and strong leadership skills will be essential in ensuring the success of our restaurant.

Responsibilities:
- Create innovative and high-quality menus that cater to a diverse range of tastes and dietary preferences
- Source fresh, high-quality ingredients from local suppliers
- Train, supervise, and motivate kitchen staff to maintain high standards of food quality and service
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely ordering of supplies
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations in the kitchen
- Maintain proper sanitation practices to ensure a safe and clean working environment
- Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service and customer satisfaction
- Continuously strive to improve menu offerings and overall dining experience

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Head Chef or Executive Chef in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- Strong knowledge of various cooking techniques, ingredients, flavors, and styles
- Ability to create unique and appealing dishes while also ensuring consistency in taste and presentation
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to train, mentor, and develop kitchen staff
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Knowledge of food cost control measures
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Qualifications:
- Degree or diploma in Culinary Arts or related field preferred
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role
- Valid food handler's license
- Fluent English language skills
Salary: $1000/month (negotiable based on experience)
