Construction Project Manager
As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, design, and construction of building projects in Wiltz. Your main duties will include managing budgets and timelines, coordinating with contractors and subcontractors, obtaining necessary permits and approvals, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. You will also be responsible for monitoring project progress and addressing any issues that arise during the construction process.

To excel in this role, you should have a strong understanding of construction processes and techniques, as well as excellent leadership and communication skills. You must also be able to multitask effectively and manage competing priorities. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in construction management and a degree in civil engineering or a related field.

This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of $1100 per week. We welcome applicants from all backgrounds, including non-native English speakers. However, proficiency in English is required for effective communication with team members and stakeholders.
