Experienced Construction Manager in Wiltz, Nepal


We are seeking an experienced and skilled Construction Manager to oversee our construction projects in the beautiful city of Wiltz, Nepal. As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising all aspects of construction projects, from start to finish. You will need to have a strong understanding of construction techniques and methods, as well as excellent leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate construction projects from beginning to end
- Work closely with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project success
- Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed to stay on schedule and within budget
- Ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations
- Manage and lead a team of construction workers and subcontractors
- Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members
- Provide regular progress updates to upper management

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Construction Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and processes
- Excellent leadership skills
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
- Good understanding of building codes and safety regulations
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Biometric passport preferred
- Nepali nationality preferred
