Sales Manager - Wiltz, Luxembourg
The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth in Wiltz, Luxembourg. This role requires a highly motivated individual with a proven track record in sales and experience in the Luxembourg market. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills and be able to build and maintain relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the client base
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Manage the sales team and provide coaching and support as needed
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the competition
- Prepare reports on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a sales management role is required
- Knowledge of the Luxembourg market is preferred
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead a team and drive results
- Self-motivated with strong time management skills
- Fluent English language skills (French or German is a plus)
Salary: 1400$
