Land Surveyor
We are seeking a qualified and experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in Clairvaux. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting land surveys, analyzing data, and creating detailed reports for various construction and development projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting detailed land surveys using advanced equipment and technology
- Gathering and analyzing data to create accurate maps, plans, and reports
- Identifying property boundaries, topographical features, and other important information
- Ensuring compliance with all local regulations and standards
- Collaborating with engineers, architects, and other professionals to ensure accuracy of survey results
- Managing a team of survey technicians and assistants when necessary
- Maintaining accurate records of all survey data and providing updates as needed
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in surveying or related field
- At least 3 years of experience as a Land Surveyor
- Extensive knowledge of surveying techniques, equipment, and software (such as AutoCAD)
- Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills for collaborating with clients and colleagues
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Valid driver's license
Preferred Qualifications:
- Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) certification
- Experience working on large-scale construction projects
- Knowledge of local laws and regulations related to land surveying
This is a full-time position with a salary of $1400 per month. Accommodation will be provided along with a free visa and ticket. We welcome applicants from all nationalities.
