Skilled Handyman for Residential Property Maintenance


We are seeking a skilled Handyman to join our team in Remish, providing maintenance and repair services for residential properties. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks such as carpentry, electrical work, plumbing, painting, and general repairs. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1300$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Perform general repairs and maintenance tasks on residential properties
- Install fixtures and appliances such as ceiling fans, light fixtures, and kitchen appliances
- Repair or replace damaged or faulty electrical switches, outlets, and light fixtures
- Fix plumbing issues such as leaks, clogs, and broken pipes
- Paint interior and exterior walls as needed
- Repair or install drywall and perform basic carpentry tasks
- Keep track of inventory and order necessary supplies
- Ensure all work is completed in a timely manner to meet customer satisfaction

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Handyman or similar role
- Experience in carpentry, electrical work, plumbing, painting, and general repairs
- Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Physical strength to lift heavy objects and perform manual labor for extended periods of time
- Good communication skills to interact with clients in a professional manner
- Attention to detail with the ability to identify issues and find effective solutions
- Basic knowledge of HVAC systems is preferred but not required
- Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision
