Sales Manager - Wiltz, Luxembourg
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Wiltz. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth and achieve sales targets. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in sales, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of the sales process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue and achieve business objectives
- Identify potential clients and build relationships with them through networking, cold calling, and other methods
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for growth
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to potential clients that showcase our products/services
- Negotiate contracts with clients, ensuring that all terms are favorable for both parties
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions
- Train and mentor junior sales staff to improve their performance
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with clients at all levels
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals successfully
- Knowledge of market research techniques and data analysis
- Familiarity with CRM software is preferred but not required
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of other languages is considered an asset
Our company offers a competitive salary of $1100 per month plus commission based on performance. This is a full-time position suitable for men who meet the experience requirements. Candidates must have their own valid visa for working in Luxembourg.
