Senior Sales Manager

As a Senior Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing and driving the sales team to achieve our company's revenue targets. You will be working closely with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies and identify new business opportunities. This position requires a high level of leadership skills, excellent communication, and a strong understanding of sales processes.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies in collaboration with the marketing team.
- Identify potential clients and conduct market research to understand customer needs.
- Build long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the market.
- Provide training and guidance to junior sales staff.
- Prepare sales reports and present them to senior management.
- Attend industry events and conferences to network with potential clients.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the B2B sector.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus).
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
- Experience in developing successful sales strategies.
- Knowledge of CRM software is preferred.
- Valid work permit for Luxembourg (visa sponsorship may be provided for exceptional candidates).
