We are a busy bakery in Wiltz, Luxembourg seeking a skilled Baker to join our team. As a Baker, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of breads, pastries, and other baked goods. This is a contract position with the potential for full-time employment.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare doughs and batters according to recipes
- Operate baking equipment such as ovens, mixers, and proofers
- Monitor baking process to ensure quality and consistency
- Decorate and finish baked goods with toppings and fillings
- Maintain cleanliness of work area and equipment
- Follow all safety and sanitation procedures
- Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Baker preferred but not required
- Knowledge of different baking techniques and recipes
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines
- Good time-management skills
- Attention to detail and creativity for decorating baked goods
- Physically able to lift heavy trays of dough or bags of flour (up to 50lbs)
- Flexible schedule including early mornings, weekends, and holidays

Salary:
Starting at $1200 per month with potential for increase based on performance.
