Loader Operator


We are looking for a skilled Loader Operator to join our team in Wiltz. As a Loader Operator, you will be responsible for operating heavy machinery to load and move materials within our construction site. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1600 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Operate loaders to move and load materials such as dirt, rock, sand, gravel, logs, and other construction materials
- Use attachments such as buckets and forks to lift and transport materials
- Conduct routine maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance
- Follow safety protocols at all times to prevent accidents or injuries
- Communicate with other team members to coordinate tasks and ensure efficiency
- Keep track of inventory levels and report any shortages or damages
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience operating loaders in a construction or industrial setting
- Knowledge of different types of loaders and their capabilities
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy materials regularly
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Good communication skills in English (French or German is an asset)
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
