Job Title: Machine Operator

We are hiring a skilled machine operator to join our team in Dickirch. As a machine operator, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining various types of machinery in our production facility. You should have experience with industrial equipment and be able to read technical drawings and measurements. Attention to detail and the ability to troubleshoot and solve problems are essential in this role. This is a contract position with competitive salary options. We welcome applicants of all nationalities who are fluent in English. Prior experience as a machine operator is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate machinery according to production specifications
- Monitor machines during operation for any abnormalities or malfunctions
- Conduct regular maintenance tasks to ensure proper functioning of equipment
- Troubleshoot issues that may arise during production
- Read and interpret technical drawings and measurements
- Maintain accurate records of production data
- Collaborate with other team members to achieve production goals
- Follow safety protocols at all times

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification is a plus
- Proven experience as a machine operator or similar role in an industrial setting
- Ability to read technical drawings and measurements accurately
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Basic understanding of computerized machinery controls preferred
- Physical stamina and ability to work on your feet for extended periods of time
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain focus during repetitive tasks
- Excellent communication skills in English; fluency in other languages is a plus

Working Conditions:
Our production facility operates 24/7, so flexibility with working hours may be required. The job involves standing, bending, lifting, and operating heavy machinery in a fast-paced environment. Personal protective equipment will be provided.
