Indian Executive Chef - Seasonal Job in Dickirch, Luxembourg
We are seeking a talented and experienced Indian Executive Chef to join our team for a seasonal job in Dickirch, Luxembourg. As an Indian Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our kitchen and ensuring that all dishes are prepared to the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and create menus that reflect traditional Indian cuisine, as well as fusion dishes
- Supervise and train kitchen staff on proper food preparation techniques and hygiene standards
- Monitor food inventory levels and place orders when necessary
- Ensure that all dishes are cooked and presented according to our restaurant's standards
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen at all times
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operation of the restaurant
- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate new ideas into menu planning
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef in a high-volume restaurant, preferably with experience in Indian cuisine
- Extensive knowledge of traditional Indian spices, ingredients, and cooking techniques
- Ability to manage a team and delegate tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
- Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
Salary:
