Sales Representative

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team in Dickirch. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products or services to potential customers. Your main goal will be to increase sales and revenue for the company.

Responsibilities:
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media
- Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to prospective customers
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business relationships with clients
- Reach out to customer leads through phone calls, emails or in-person meetings
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
- Coordinate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Sales Representative or relevant role
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build productive business relationships
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Results-driven with strong negotiation skills
- High school diploma; bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field is a plus
- Fluent in English; knowledge of other languages is an advantage

We offer a competitive salary of 1300$ per month plus commission on sales. This is a full-time position with visa sponsorship available for non-EU citizens. We also provide training and support for those without previous sales experience. Accommodation can be arranged if needed.
