Land Surveyor


We are hiring a skilled Land Surveyor to join our team in Dickirch, Luxembourg. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting accurate measurements and mapping of land and other properties. You will also be required to analyze data and create reports based on your findings.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct surveys using various equipment such as total stations, GPS receivers, and laser scanners
- Collect data on land features, boundaries, and elevations
- Create maps and drawings using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Analyze data to determine property boundaries and legal descriptions
- Prepare reports and present findings to clients or project managers
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and construction professionals on projects
- Ensure compliance with surveying standards and regulations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in surveying or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a land surveyor
- Proficient in the use of surveying equipment and CAD software
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills for working with clients and team members
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with local laws and regulations regarding land surveying in Luxembourg
- Experience with 3D scanning technology
- Biometric passport or ability to obtain one for international travel

Salary: $1400/month (negotiable based on experience)
