Dishwasher Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Dishwasher Supervisor to join our team in Dickirch, overseeing the cleanliness and efficiency of our kitchen. As a supervisor, you will be responsible for managing a team of dishwashers, maintaining stock levels of cleaning supplies, and ensuring all dishes and utensils are properly sanitized and stored. Your attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment will be crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise a team of dishwashers, providing guidance and training as needed
- Maintain stock levels of cleaning supplies and replenish as necessary
- Ensure all dishes, utensils, and equipment are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized according to health codes
- Monitor dishwasher machines for proper operation and report any malfunctions or maintenance needs
- Oversee the organization and cleanliness of the dishwashing area
- Assist with other tasks in the kitchen as needed

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a dishwasher or in a similar role
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills and ability to work well with others
- Knowledge of health codes and sanitation standards for food service establishments
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds
