Job Title: Floral Designer

Our flower shop in Nairobi is seeking a talented Floral Designer to join our team. As a Floral Designer, you will be responsible for creating stunning arrangements using various types of flowers and plants. This is a full-time position with accommodation provided, open to all nationalities.

Responsibilities:
- Design and create unique floral arrangements for various occasions such as weddings, funerals, and events
- Order and maintain inventory of fresh flowers and plants
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with their floral needs
- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and preferences for custom orders
- Keep up-to-date with current trends in floral design and incorporate them into your work
- Keep the shop clean and presentable at all times

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Floral Designer or similar role
- Extensive knowledge of different types of flowers, plants, and floral design techniques
- Creativity and an eye for detail
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent time-management skills
- Fluent in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
- Indian nationality preferred

Salary: $1700 per month
