Dietitian - Nutrition Specialist (Nairobi, Kenya)
Our growing healthcare facility in Nairobi is seeking a skilled and passionate Dietitian to join our team of medical professionals. As the Nutrition Specialist, you will be responsible for providing individualized nutrition therapy and education to patients with various health conditions. Your main goal will be to improve the overall health and well-being of our patients through proper nutrition.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess patients' nutritional needs and develop personalized meal plans based on their medical condition, allergies, and dietary preferences
- Monitor patients' progress and make necessary adjustments to their meal plans as needed
- Educate patients on the importance of proper nutrition for managing their health conditions and preventing future illnesses
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care for patients
- Stay updated on the latest research and developments in the field of nutrition and implement new strategies into patient care
- Maintain accurate records of patient consultations and progress
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Nutritional Sciences or related field
- Proven experience as a Dietitian or Nutritionist (at least 2 years)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team setting
- Strong knowledge of medical nutrition therapy for various health conditions
- Good time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1200 per month for this position.

This position is based in Nairobi, Kenya. We welcome applicants from all nationalities who meet the requirements.
Working Hours:
This is a full-time position, working 40 hours per week from Monday to Friday. No accommodation will be provided.
