We are currently hiring for the position of Merchandiser in Nairobi, Kenya. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for planning and implementing product displays and marketing strategies to increase sales and attract customers. This role requires strong communication and organizational skills, as well as a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop effective merchandising plans
- Conduct market research to identify current trends and customer preferences
- Create visually appealing product displays to showcase new or featured items
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate with suppliers to ensure timely restocking
- Monitor sales performance and make adjustments to displays as needed
- Train store staff on product knowledge and merchandising techniques
- Participate in trade shows and promotional events to promote products

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience in merchandising or retail sales
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively

Salary: $1500 per month
Location: Nairobi, Kenya
