Sales Manager for Malayalees in Nairobi
We are seeking an experienced and driven Sales Manager to join our team in Nairobi. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of Malayalee sales representatives and driving sales growth in the region.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals
- Manage and motivate a team of Malayalee sales representatives
- Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies
- Train and onboard new sales team members
- Track and analyze sales data to identify areas of improvement
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing, to ensure cohesive strategies
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences
Requirements:
- Fluent in Malayalam language, both spoken and written
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager, preferably in the Nairobi market
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of sales techniques and principles
- Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions based on findings
- Willingness to travel within Nairobi for client meetings and industry events
Salary: $900 per month, plus commission based on performance.
Location: This position is located in Nairobi, Kenya. Preference will be given to candidates who are already residing in Nairobi or willing to relocate.
