Waiter/Waitress


We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Waiter/Waitress to join our team in Nairobi. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring a pleasant dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and escort customers to their tables
- Present menus and answer questions about menu items
- Take accurate food and drink orders
- Relay orders to the kitchen staff
- Serve food and drinks to customers
- Monitor tables for customer needs and requests
- Clear dishes and clean tables after customers have finished their meals
- Handle any customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner
- Accept payment and make change accurately
- Maintain a clean work area and adhere to food safety standards

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Waiter/Waitress is preferred but not required
- Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi or other Indian languages preferred
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Customer service-oriented with a positive attitude
- Must have own valid visa or work permit
- Available to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if needed

Salary:
1200$ per month
