We are seeking a skilled Barber to join our growing team in Nairobi. As a Barber, you will be responsible for providing professional hair cutting and styling services to our clients. Your primary goal will be to exceed customer expectations and contribute to the overall success of our salon.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet clients and consult with them to understand their hair needs and preferences
- Provide a range of hair cutting, styling, and grooming services such as haircuts, shaves, beard trims, and coloring
- Keep up-to-date with current hair trends and techniques
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the salon
- Ensure client satisfaction by listening to their feedback and making necessary adjustments
- Promote salon services, products, and special offers to clients
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of services provided

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Barber or similar role
- Excellent knowledge of hair cutting techniques, hairstyles, and trends
- Ability to use various tools such as scissors, clippers, trimmers, etc.
- Good communication skills with the ability to listen to client requests and provide suitable recommendations
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Must have a valid work permit or visa for Nairobi (sponsorship available for non-citizens)

Salary: 1600$ per month (plus tips)
Location: Nairobi (accommodation not provided)
Employment Type: Full-time (40 hours per week)
Preferred Nationalities: Indian or Canadian (other nationalities welcome to apply)
Language Requirement: Fluency in English preferred but not required
