Factory Machine Operator

We are currently hiring a skilled Factory Machine Operator to join our team in Nairobi. The ideal candidate should have experience operating various types of factory machinery and equipment, including but not limited to assembly lines, stamping machines, and CNC machines. They should also be able to troubleshoot and perform routine maintenance on these machines.

Responsibilities:
- Operate factory machinery and equipment according to instructions and safety guidelines
- Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments
- Troubleshoot issues and perform basic repairs on machines
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning, oiling, and replacing parts
- Maintain production logs and records of machine performance
- Ensure quality control by inspecting finished products for defects
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training is a plus
- Proven experience as a Factory Machine Operator or similar role
- Familiarity with different types of factory machinery and equipment
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
- Basic understanding of mechanics and electrical systems
- Good physical stamina to stand for extended periods of time and lift heavy objects
- Attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills
