Entry-Level Smelter Operator
We are looking for an efficient and detail-oriented Smelter Operator to join our team in Nairobi. In this role, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining a smelting furnace to melt and refine metal ore. This is a full-time position, with no English language requirement and open to candidates without any previous experience.

As an Entry-Level Smelter Operator, your duties will include monitoring the smelting process, adjusting furnace controls, and inspecting equipment for any issues or malfunctions. You will also be responsible for maintaining production logs and ensuring the quality of the final product meets company standards.

The ideal candidate for this role should have a high school diploma or equivalent, with a preference for Malayalees or Nepali candidates. You should be physically fit and able to work in a hot and physically demanding environment.
