We are seeking a skilled Milling Machine Operator to join our team in Nairobi, Kenya. As a Milling Machine Operator, you will be responsible for setting up and operating milling machines to produce high-quality metal parts according to specifications. Your duties will include reading blueprints, adjusting machine settings, and monitoring the production process to ensure that parts meet quality standards.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience operating milling machines in a manufacturing setting. Proficiency in basic English is preferred but not required. Accommodation will be provided for the selected candidate.

Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate milling machines to produce metal parts according to specifications
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Adjust machine settings to control factors such as speed, feed, and depth of cut
- Monitor production process and make necessary adjustments to ensure quality standards are met
- Inspect finished parts for defects and make any necessary repairs or adjustments
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following all safety procedures and regulations

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification in machining is preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience operating milling machines in a manufacturing setting
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Basic understanding of mathematics and measurements
- Good physical stamina and ability to stand for extended periods of time
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
