Part-time Collector (Indian Nationals Only)


We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part-time Collector to join our team in Nairobi. As a part-time collector, you will be responsible for collecting payments from our clients in a timely and efficient manner. This position is open to Indian nationals only.

Responsibilities:
- Contact clients to arrange payment collection
- Ensure timely and accurate invoicing
- Maintain accurate records of all collections and payments
- Follow up on past due accounts
- Provide excellent customer service during the collection process
- Report any issues or discrepancies to the supervisor

Requirements:
- Indian nationality is a must
- Previous experience in collections or customer service is preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

Working Hours:
This is a part-time position with flexible working hours. The ideal candidate should be able to commit to 20 hours per week.

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1800$ per month.

Location:
This job is based in Nairobi, Kenya. Candidates must have their own visa and accommodation.
