We are in need of a skilled CNC Operator to join our growing team in Nairobi, Kenya. As a CNC Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining computer numerical control (CNC) machines to produce high-quality metal parts according to specifications. Your attention to detail and precision will be crucial in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our production process.

Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate CNC machines according to written instructions
- Monitor machine operations and adjust settings as needed
- Inspect finished products for quality and make adjustments as necessary
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues that may arise during production
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety guidelines and protocols

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training in CNC operation preferred
- At least 2 years of experience operating CNC machines in a manufacturing setting
- Strong attention to detail and ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
- Proficient in using measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, etc.
- Familiarity with G-code programming is a plus
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Willingness to work flexible hours when needed

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1800 per month for this full-time position. Accommodation will be provided, along with free visa sponsorship and airfare.
