IT Manager


We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Manager to join our team in Vianden. As the IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our company's technology infrastructure and systems.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and standards to ensure the security, reliability, and efficiency of our systems.
- Manage and maintain all hardware, software, and network infrastructure.
- Evaluate new technologies and make recommendations for improvements to enhance our operations.
- Oversee the design, development, testing, and implementation of new software applications.
- Lead a team of IT professionals to provide technical support and troubleshooting for all employees.
- Conduct regular audits to identify any potential risks or vulnerabilities in our systems.
- Monitor system performance and ensure maximum uptime for critical business processes.
- Develop disaster recovery plans and provide guidance during emergency situations.
- Collaborate with other departments to understand their technology needs and provide solutions that align with business objectives.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in an IT management role.
- Strong knowledge of network administration, security protocols, database management, virtualization technologies, and cloud computing.
- Proven experience in project management and leading a team of IT professionals.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.

$900 per month
