IT Support Specialist



We are seeking a highly skilled IT Support Specialist to join our team in Vianden, Luxembourg. As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our clients and employees. Your main duties will include troubleshooting hardware and software issues, setting up new systems and networks, and maintaining existing systems.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to clients and employees via phone, email, or in person
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues related to computers, printers, servers, etc.
- Install and configure new hardware and software systems
- Set up networks and ensure smooth connectivity
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any issues that may arise
- Perform regular maintenance on existing systems
- Keep accurate records of all technical issues and resolutions
- Train users on new systems or software when necessary
- Stay updated with the latest technology trends and advancements

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience in IT support role
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, networks, and operating systems
- Excellent troubleshooting skills
- Familiarity with help desk ticketing systems (e.g. Zendesk)
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms

Salary:
The salary for this role is $1700 per month.

Location:
This is a full-time position based in Vianden, Luxembourg. Applicants from India are preferred but not required.
